This week, Year 3 began their DT lessons by sampling three different kinds of vegetable soup. We tasted soup from a tin, soup from a packet and soup that was freshly cooked. The children stepped outside of their comfort zone and tried all three. We noted down each soup’s appearance, aroma, flavour and most importantly gave each a star rating. 

We look forward to our next DT lesson when we design and make a vegetable soup of our own.
