The focus for Year 3 this week is Peru.

We started our day remembering where Peru is and learnt about what life is like in modern day Peru. We then looked at the meaning of their national flag and we recreated it in card and made class bunting.

After that, we looked at Peru’s Aztec influences and their patterns and designs. We began to investigate the importance of llamas and created our own image using oil pastels, Brusho and pencil crayon.
