Creativity Week – Day 2

Today, we used oil pastels to create an iconic Japanese wave portrait. We got creative with our choice of colours and the results are fantastic. We also learnt about the importance of cherry blossom in Japan. We used water colours to create a wash for the background and then drew some cherry blossom branches using poster paints on top.
