Early Years enjoyed a wonderful trip to Haynes Motor Museum this week. We set off on the coach from school and we were all very excited. We split into our key groups and went for a tour around the cars in the museum. We got to try sitting in a few of them. Some cars were very old and some very new. We saw a mini that had been cut in half to allow us to see the engine parts. There was one room full of only red cars. It was a good job we had our Hi-Viz jackets on or we may have blended in completely in our school jumpers!
We were able to put together small cars in the education centre workshop. This was really fun!
After lunch we had some time to play in the lovely outdoor play area and re-visit the museum if we wanted to. All too soon, it was time to return to school on the coach. Many of us fell asleep on the journey….but we had a fantastic day and made lots of amazing memories with friends.
