A couple of weeks ago, Leo, Marley, Dexter, Harvey, Reggie and Cooper took part in a half marathon to fundraise for a memorial bench in memory of a beloved grandad. 

The Wessex Wildcats U10’s organised the half marathon and the memorial bench will be placed at Walton Playing Fields. The money left over from the fundraising is going towards a small coffee shop that is going to be built at Walton. 

The boys all agreed the run was really quite tiring and challenging at times. However, it was also a fun challenge and reaching the finish line felt very rewarding. They all ran brilliantly in the sunshine and have made everyone really proud.
