Brookside Holiday Activity Club

At Brookside we offer a Holiday Activity Club which runs during every school holiday. We cater for all children aged 4-18 and specialist children up to KS4. (Please note, children must have started school in order to attend).

We provide a range of activities during each holiday session for all children to enjoy:

Drop off and pick up of holiday club is through the main academy gate and down the side of school to the 'side pupil entrance'. Doors will be opened at 09:00 and 15:00, if your child is booked in for wraparound care then please ring the doorbell.

What your child will need - 

• Please provide your child/ren with a packed lunch and drinks bottle.
• In Summer months sun cream and a sun hat, and winter months a waterproof coat. 
• Please provide your child with a spare change of clothes if you think they may need them.

Prices for Mainstream Children Holiday Club:

9:00am - 3:00pm - £24 (£27 for age 14+)

Prices for Specialist Children Holiday Club:

9:00am - 3:00pm - £27 (£30 for 14+)

Wrap around care is available until 4:00pm for specialist children for £4.50 per hour. For mainstream children our wrap around care is available until 5.30pm (Mon-Thurs) and 5pm (Friday). The last day of each holiday we do not offer wrap around care. The cost of wrap around care is as follows:

7:30am - 9:00am - £6.30

8:00am - 9:00am - £4.20

3:00pm - 4:00pm - £4.20

3:00pm - 5:00pm - £8.40

3:00pm - 5:30pm - £10.50

'Late collection of a child from the Holiday Activity Club will incur an extra session charge.'

For late collection after 5:30pm (Mon-Thurs) charges will be as follows: Up to 5:45pm there is a £5 late fee, up to 6:00pm there is a £10 late fee, up to 6:15pm there is a £15 late fee.

For late collection after 5:00pm (Friday) charges will be as follows: Up to 5:15pm there is a £5 late fee, up to 5:30pm there is a £10 late fee, up to 5:45pm there is a £15 late fee.
