Friends of Brookside

Whether you have been with the school for some time or have little ones in Brookside Nursery, or in Early Years, please do reach out and get involved if you can! Friends of Brookside is a charity, established purely to enhance the educational experience of our children.

These events raise funds to subsidise various activities organised by the school. Regular contributions have been made to school trips and equipment for a number of years.

The FoB Committee is supported by a team of parent volunteers from across all year groups of the school. The following parents regularly attend committee meetings and help at events:

Lucy Culliford, Jennifer Gulliford, Tamsin Higgins, Amy Szewiel, Anna Thomson, Jo Clark, Lynnie Westerman

All families of pupils at Brookside Academy are members of the Friends of Brookside PTA, we do have a group of parents/carers who volunteer to run regular fundraising and social events for the whole school community.

All fundraising efforts are to enhance the education and experience of all the pupils and we will continue to do so with your support.
