Early Years have been learning about caring for the environment. We have thought about ways to reduce, reuse and recycle. We learnt lots of different ways that we can help the environment.
- Don’t throw litter on the floor
- Turn the tap off when we are brushing our teeth
- Recycle plastic, paper and card, glass and food waste
- Plant flowers and small trees in our garden and make a compost bin.
We enjoyed stories like ‘Somebody Swallowed Stanley’ and making sea creatures that we know we will help protect by each making one little change to help the environment.
