This term children from Years 4-6 took part in a vector drawing club. A vector drawing is a digital drawing made online using only simple shapes and lines. In this club we learnt about all the tools we could use in google drawings to help us create these digital drawings. We found that one of the most important areas of vector drawing was layering our shapes correctly – sometimes we ended up with eyes behind heads and we couldn’t see them! The ‘order’ tool came in handy to solve this problem. By the fourth session we had become confident vector drawers – take a look at what we created below!
